- these are quick and easy and no extra cost - but not so user-friendly for customers
- an online form that prints (does not submit by email)- client can then contact purchaser and get payment if they have merch facilities or they can provide bank account details for payment straight into their account
Online form with no payment online - use Contact Form7
Like an enquiry form, sends an email to business owner with details and they need to contact purchaser to follow up order & payment details. They could then send a return email with invoice & banking account details for direct payment into their account. Can also set it up so that the purchaser gets an message with an order no and phone no (so they have a record).

Booking/Availability Calendar
For accommodation bookings FIRST suggest a full booking service (ie Lush pastures uses ResOnline Channel Manager). This easily integrates with the larger online booking sites. There is an ongoing cost for these which is not cheap
- Charge $80/hr just for our time to link or embed like an update.

Easy Events Calendar using Posts
WP Scheduled Posts - This plugin allows you to schedule the date that posts are displayed as - so for example, I can set the date of the post as sometime in the future and publish it immediately. That way it displays like an event date. Alvin can then customise the formatting of the posts so that it shows the date more predominantly. Events must be manually removed though when they pass as they don't disappear.
