Sue and the team at BizBoost designed our first website in 2004 when we first opened Seppeltsfield Vineyard Cottage, a vineyard retreat for two. We have subsequently won 3 state tourism awards and one at national level.
One of the contributing factors to our success has been the website Sue designed. Our tariff is $340/night and over the past 4 years we have had countless comments from very discerning and well travelled guests stating they loved our website because it gave them a very good idea of who we were and the experience they could have while staying with us. Having a website which differentiates our business in a crowded market has been extremely important to our business success.
The BizBoost team have always made sure they understood our business and demonstrated great patience whilst allowing us to achieve the feel we wanted for our site!
Whilst Bizboost have always responded rapidly with queries and changes as required, they have also encouraged and taught us new skills which have given us the freedom and control to make changes as required to our site. From the moment we began this project your prompt responses and patience in our lacking replies has been remarkable. The flexibility and creative flair that you have added to our dull boring website has brought our online services into the future. I also admire your problem solving skills to help us get around current business practices, especially in relation to our online order form. We released our site less than two weeks ago and cannot believe the amount of sales we have taken through the site already, it’s like having another cellar door/shop front.
